Motion Instruments, Inc. (“Motion Instruments”) warrants its bicycle products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase when used normally in accordance with Motion Instruments’ published guidelines. This limited warranty does not cover wear and tear or any damage caused by improper assembly or installation, crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration of the product or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use. This limited warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

To initiate a warranty request, please send an email to warranty@motioninstruments.com and include all of the following: (1) detailed description of the reason for the warranty request, (2) dated proof of purchase and/or order number if purchased directly from Motion Instruments, (3) photos and/or videos supporting the warranty request. If approved, Motion Instruments, as determined in its sole discretion, will either repair or replace the product with the same or substantially similar product then available.

This limited warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and is in addition to and separate from any legal rights you may have as a purchaser, which may vary by country, state, or region. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS A FULL AND COMPLETE STATEMENT OF MOTION INSTRUMENTS’ WARRANTY FOR ITS BICYCLE PRODUCTS. NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND BY ANYONE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY REGARDING SUCH PRODUCTS (INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. MOTION INSTRUMENTS’ LIABILITY SHALL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW BE NO GREATER THAN THE AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE PRICE AND IN NO EVENT SHALL MOTION INSTRUMENTS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES. Some states, provinces, or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this limited warranty does not apply and/or is inconsistent with the applicable law, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
